Age Verification & Protection of Minors

• Users must be at least 18 years of age (or older where required by law).
• We verify age during registration using secure third-party services.
• Accounts suspected of minor access are closed, and parental control tools are recommended.

Responsible Gaming Tools

We offer tools to support healthy play:

• Deposit Limits: Set weekly or monthly limits to control spending.
• Contest Entry Limits: Restrict how many contests you can enter over a set period.
• Entry Fee Limits: Cap how much you can spend on entry fees weekly or monthly.
• Timeouts: Choose a temporary break (3/6/12/24 months).

State-Specific Deposit Caps

• Maryland: Max $5,000/month
• Massachusetts: Max $1,000/month
• Tennessee: Max $2,500/month

Deposit limit increases are available with financial documentation and subject to review.

Self-Exclusion & Timeout Enforcement

If a user activates a timeout or is listed in a state self-exclusion program, they will be restricted from participating in any paid or free contests until the exclusion period ends or the state list is updated.
